Present Continuous Or Simple

Use the simple present for actions that happen in general. Use the present continuous for actions happening at the moment or current/temporary projects.

Present Continuous expresses the actions happening in a given moment, i.e. when we talk about them: Tom is hiding under the table. Where are you going? Look! It’s snowing again!
